Evelyn Spencer, DMD
Dr. Evelyn Spencer is a distinguished periodontist with a robust academic and research background spanning multiple continents. Dr. Spencer completed her residency in Periodontics at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, where she refined her expertise in addressing periodontal conditions and dental implantology.
Dr. Spencer holds a Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Medical Science majoring in Neuroscience from the University of Sydney, Australia.
In addition to her clinical training, Dr. Spencer has a strong research background. She worked at the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Dental Medicine, focusing on advancements in periodontics, and was a board member for the Vernon Brightman Research Society. She has also worked as a researcher at the Institute of Biomedical Engineering, Imperial College London (UK) and the University of Sydney. She was awarded by the prestigious Northeast Society of Periodontists in recognition for her excellence in undergraduate periodontics and will be presenting her recent research with the University of Connecticut at the American Academy of Periodontology as a finalist for her advancements of periodontal surgery.
Dr. Spencer combines her extensive surgical training and research experience to advance the field of periodontology, committed to improving patient outcomes through both clinical excellence and innovative research.
