So to keep your smile bright and white longer try these tips.
1. Avoid dark color foods or drinks such as red wine, coffee, tea, grape juice, cola’s and beets, if you can’t, try brushing or rinsing as soon as possible.
2. Stay away from cigarettes, cigars and chewing tobacco not only do they stain but most important are cancer causing.
3. Keep your tooth brush in tip top condition. Replace your tooth brush or brush tip ( if using electric )every three month.
4. Get your teeth professionally cleaned every three months.
5. Ladies, choose lip shades of coral or light reds to make your teeth looks whiter!
